This was my first service experience at BMW of Sterling. I purchased a previously owned BMW from a private owner and I was treated no different from someone who purchased a vehicle at BMW of Sterling. The service rendering was done in the time frame promised and I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back clean and washed. I will be back for all my service needs. Thank you.
 
 
Jim Eddy was absolutely terrific, as usual. He always makes us feel like we're his top priority, and leaves no detail regarding the car to chance. He also always follows up very promptly with any additional consultation by phone, and then explains the entire service process upon picking up the car. We are grateful to have him as our service advisor and commend BMW of Sterling for having him on their staff.
 

 Shawn's a great service advisor. Everyone was so friendly from the moment i stepped out of my car until my car was done and picked up. The service is exceptional, and i didn't meet a single person i interacted with without smile on their face.

I was pleased that I could actually schedule a time for my appt. My service advisor (Ben) was available at that time. He said 45 min to look over car - and that's what it took. He explained what needed to be done and offered a rental car for the day. The rental was a huge help. Car was ready when promised. Everyone - from Ben to the Enterprise service (Kathleen I think) to people in the showroom and those who brought my car - were all extremely helpful and polite.
 


am a 1st time BMW owner. The attention and service I rec'd was 10 times more than I expected. From the initial meeting with my service advisor, courtesy ride, vehicle maintenance, the waiting area - EVERYONE was polite and attentive. I was blown away by your services.  I was again impressed by the level honesty, when I was informed that the car showed a code for the replacement of the high pressure fuel pump , it could have easily been eased. Instead I was told and accommodated the loaner vehicle until the job was accomplished. This is very comforting to know that your car's maintenance is not covered up just covered. Tim


I have tried other dealerships in the area and BMW of Sterling is by far the best. Being able to schedule services online is fantastic. My wife has a Lexus, and my car comes back cleaner from services than hers does from the Lexus dealer.

I just loved BMW Sterling for making me feel comfortable, and Ive already told my wife that our new BMW would be from BMW Sterling. Not many BMW Service Centers clean and wash the vehicle unless told, but you guys did an excellent job of cleaning the whole vehicle from inside as well as outside. The Staff were terrific. The waiting area is also comfortable with vending machines too. Overall I loved BMW Sterling.

Initially I had difficulty getting through on the Road Side assistance number so I called Sterling. Leslie was great and went out of her way to arrange a pick up from Chico. They got me out of the 10 degree weather and Chico kept me entertained with his stories of world travel and military duty. What a cool guy!


Joe Cam was knowledgeable and professional; it was a pleasure working with him! Even Mr. Lee, the guy that gave me the loaner was great, when he saw I had two baby seats, he went back and got me a larger car without the need to ask! All in all, a service experience second to none! What a team!

 Ben Neubert graciously accommodated me as a drive-in & wait service client, despite an already overwhelming workload (47 tickets at around noon). Ben was very thorough in his handling of my service needs, and honest in what was possible under the circumstances. My wife and I are never disappointed by Ben's commitment to excellence.

 

Alan Ribner (our salesman) also made time to sync my new cell phone up to the X5's Bluetooth, plus explain several complex but extremely handy features specific to our needs. We direct all our sales business to Alan, plus recommend him to any friends/colleagues interested in a new BMW. Alan commitment to customer satisfaction is also second-to-none.
